Søndervig - Gateway to "Living history"
The holiday season is upon us and to mark that SuperBest in Søndervig and Ringkøbing-Skjern Museum have started a new collaboration.

Tourists to be kept locally
The aim of the collaboration is to improve the range of offers to the visitors so that they more often than not choose to stay within the boundaries of the commune during their holiday. To this aim, SuperBest in Søndervig will sell weekly passes to Ringkøbing-Skjern Museum's 14 departments. At the same time, Søndervig will act as a display case when Ringkøbing-Skjern Museum has small happenings with people in historic costumes from for example, the Middle Ages, during the course of the summer.

A win-win situation
"The advantage of our collaboration is that Søndervig can now offer its visitors even more things to do. At the same time Ringkøbing-Skjern Museum will be more visible to tourists, which will hopefully result in more visitors to the museum. This will be a win-win situation," explains Thomas Hansen, daily leader of SuperBest in Søndervig.
